By accessing or using the website located at yuccavalleyinsulation.com, requesting a quote, or engaging Yucca Valley Insulation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.
Yucca Valley Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Yucca Valley, CA and surrounding communities. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal. The specific scope of work for any project will be described in a written estimate or agreement provided to the customer before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including requests that fall outside our service area, require materials or techniques outside our expertise, or involve conditions that present safety concerns.
All estimates provided by Yucca Valley Insulation are based on an in-person or remote assessment of the project at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if conditions discovered during the project differ materially from what was visible at the time of estimate, or if the customer requests additional work not covered in the original estimate.
Estimates are provided at no charge and without obligation. Receiving an estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A separate written agreement or acceptance of a proposal is required before work begins.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that customers provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes but cannot guarantee immediate availability for rescheduled appointments.
If we are unable to complete scheduled work due to unforeseen circumstances on our end - such as weather, equipment failure, or crew availability - we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at no additional cost.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or the inability to complete the work as scheduled.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the project. We accept payment by check, cash, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins, which will be clearly stated in the project agreement.
Invoices that are not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. If an account remains unpaid for 60 days or more, we reserve the right to engage a collections agency or pursue other legal remedies available under California law.
Yucca Valley Insulation stands behind our workmanship. If a defect in our installation is identified within 1 year of project completion, we will return to assess the issue and correct any workmanship defects at no charge. This workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, structural movement, water intrusion from external sources, or conditions that were not disclosed before work began.
Materials used in our projects may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will provide documentation for any applicable material warranties upon project completion. We do not extend or guarantee manufacturer warranty terms beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yucca Valley Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content on this website - including text, images, graphics, and logos - is the property of Yucca Valley Insulation or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and Yucca Valley Insulation that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
Any claims or disputes arising out of these terms or your use of our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Yucca Valley, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of first accepting these terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms that are not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of California.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
